I see it every day:
Smart, savvy, successful people like you not eating all day long. Or, eating stuff like coffee, carbs, and sugar all day (and this can look like pasta for lunch, Chinese takeaway, even sushi!).
By 3 pm, you’re an idiot.
Must. Keep. Pushing.
So I’ll have a coffee. And maybe some chocolate, or a donut.
(Why am I getting so fat? I’m doing all the right things, I barely eat, I go to the gym. I just don’t get it.)
